A message from the series “I Corinthians.” From I Corinthians 14, God wants us to have an understanding of the spiritual gifts. Not just a head knowledge but an understanding revealed to your heart. Knowing this, you will not be easily shaken from the seen or natural surroundings, but rather have confidents knowing the spiritual gifts and promises provided by God change your natural circumstances.
Even though Paul had apostolic authority in the church, he wanted the church to understand the true authority that God had ordained and established. He used the customs and symbolic things of his day to reveal true authority that God had ordained in the lives of believers.
