The presence of God, the Holy Spirit, brings a quality in a person’s life that a non-believer could never obtain from head knowledge.
When you value the act of communion, you are esteeming the sacrifice of Jesus and all He did for you. A benefit of remembering Jesus' act of love provides soul prosperity (III John 2) in which your physical body is affected.
