I Corinthians 1:21 - 2:16 What is foolish? What is wisdom?
The Apostle Paul was afraid because of his education and his ability that he could entice men and women with words and certain preaching but it would never connect their faith to God's Power. What does connect us to God's power? Christ is the wisdom of God, the power of God, the preaching of the cross, Jesus Christ is the chief cornerstone, You have to determine not to know anyone among you except Jesus Christ. You have to identify with the substitutionary work of Jesus Christ.
